Rooms clean, modern & spacious. Good location, close to shops & restaurant. TV with English channels. Easy access to transportation. Restaurant food & bar were good.

The rooms in this modern hotel are really clean and comfortable, with a large bed and satellite TV. The restaurant food is delicious, and the location is really convenient - there are lots of small shops nearby, a great restaurant just down the road, and it's easy to get taxis and tuk-tuks to explore further afield.
There were a few small issues that detracted from the overall experience. Sometimes there were bedding and room service trays left in the hallways, which wasn't very pleasant.

Xmas stay the location of the hotel is great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. During our Xmas stay, the hotel offered a nice Christmas dinner and some festive decorations which made the atmosphere cozy. we appreciated the clean and modern rooms.
Poor service Our check-in process was frustratingly slow and disorganized. the staff lacked in friendliness and attentiveness.

The hotel had some decent shops and restaurants nearby, but that's where the positives ended. the room was small and dirty with no proper cleaning, and breakfast was not even included in the high price.

We had a great stay. The modern rooms were super tidy and came with a large comfortable bed. We appreciated having English language channels on the TV. The hotel is located near useful amenities such as small shops, a great restaurant called Fisherman's Wharf and a cinema which was not too far away. It was easy for us to get a Tuk Tuk or a taxi. We also enjoyed having good quality food at the hotel restaurant and the small bar.
